Pros

Decent pay, not too bad in the summer

Cons

Management. Zero hours contracts with minimum required availability for staff, pushed us to not take (unpaid!) breaks, admin was terrible, rotas late almost every month, safety training neglected to cut costs, favouritism when assigned shifts, no flexibility with us but we were expected to stay late and pick up last minute shifts, zero communication about events they put on, regularly got yelled at for mistakes made by managers, zero support, expected to take on tasks outside of my job description, complaints and concerns buried, overall toxic environment and was not paid enough to be treated the way I was.

Good people generally, manger picks and chooses who he likes with little to no reasoning

Cons

Barry - poor management needs to be far more aware that staff are people not robots
