Pros

The staff in my department (not higher management) was really nice. They were very helpful and understanding. There was diversity but that’s everywhere you go so nothing to worry about. An okay work to life balance.

Cons

Where do I begin…. 1. The training for this job is absolutely awful, they make you watch like 30 hours of videos and those videos have NOTHING to do with your job, just info on the company and how to use the software but my role required much more training. 2. One of the women in HR is so odd and the feeling I got from her from day one was just awful, I would say hi to her and she would simply give me a dirty look as if I did something wrong. In all honesty, I’m not sure what it was but my gut is telling me some sort of weird jealousy or racism. 3. I have asked for so much help and the managers needed multiple reminders. It was hard to do my job In this case because I had accesses to nothing. How can I do my job then? 4. Most reviews on google etc are fake. They’re mostly employees writing them because they ask you to. I find that very dishonest for the paying customers. If I was using their software I’d be very frustrated.. this is false advertisement 5. No one checks in on you, they hand you a laptop, don’t train you or even give you a good rundown. It’s to each their own and when you work corporate it can be very challenging. 6. I’ve had many conversations with the employees and many of them are unhappy. 7. As an employee, if you’re doing something wrong management should at least tell you what it is, not once did I get a meeting or someone telling me to do better or even to do something. Like I said earlier, you really have to be extremely independent for this job, to the point where even asking for help seems impossible. Extremely poor management. 8. None of the higher management though that calling me by the wrong name and doing that repeatedly was wrong.. I am a person with an identity and a company that small should put in the effort to at least learn their employees names. This is a company with less than 30 people.. very odd 9. No benefits of any sort for the first year, no paid sick days, no paid vacation days, no medical insurance benefits… nothing at all. So if you work here good luck, especially in this economy.
