Pros
This is a nice place for a part-time/freelancer and I am sure for a FTE too. 1. All their processes are very transparent. 2. People are nice and kind, always ready to help 3. Super flexible timings, though it may depend on the timezone that one is working at 4. Complete remote working 5. Payments are on time and hassle free, this is really important for freelancers and part-time workers.
Cons
There may be some delay in getting the work and getting a matching job for ones skillset might take more time than expected.
