UserTribe has transitioned from a startup to a scale-up w. great tech & global ambitions. Some of the more concrete pros include: - Managed to work with the biggest clients in DK and Globally (even as a relatively small company) - Young, vibrant and colorful culture - A lot of responsibility if you are up for it! - Flexibility in work locations/hours - Great tech capabilities - giving the foundation to scale globally

Cons

If you want a steady 9-17 job I recommend a bigger more stable firm - but if you like the entrepreneurial and fast-paced culture this is more for you :-)

I have 3 years of experience at UserTribe, which has given me the chance to develop myself both personally and professionally. I have the chance to work with talented people and work with the biggest clients in Denmark / globally. In the 3 years, the company changed from a fast-paced (unstructured) startup to a more mature scale-up, with great tech-ambitions - to compete on the global scene. Exciting!
