Pros

None. Though, just to be clear, the new CEO is Vijay. Monika is a great woman and the CEO I'm referring to in this review is Vijay.

Cons

There is only one person in this company that runs everything (literally and figuratively) - the CEO. First, you might be hired under false pretenses. Your job description may not match your actual role in that company. There is no sense of direction coming from upper management - you are sucked into 3+ hour meetings at least twice a week rehashing topics and details you have already gone over, leaving no time to do actual work. The CEO has been heard cursing and yelling at his employees for not getting a certain task done correctly. On the flip side, rather than confronting an employee, he hides behind his desk/computer and talks about others behind their backs. The CEO expects his employees to be "on call" 24/7 and will ask why you weren't available to answer his emails/calls during the weekend or during your requested time off. Basically, you are being asked to do more work than you're getting paid to do. Also, there may have been some shady things going on. There are a lot more things that have probably been going on that I haven't been aware of, but stay clear of this company.

Pros

I worked at V Group, First they ask you to work without any offer letter than they do not pay you any incentives and fire you at that time if you have good placements.

Cons

Almost all the ex-employees of Vgroup are facing court case with V-group, If you go there and work there they will sue you too.

Pros

I don't thing so that there is any pros to write here,

Cons

There is lot of cons in this organization.First of all they will suck you in the interview process. They do not have any per-defined interview rounds.its depend on them they will take any round of interview anytime.Second thing they will not give the proper training which should require for your job responsibilities, they will hire you and ask you to give them work and they will expect that level of work which 3 years experienced person is doing in this organization. They do not have any work timing policy even not for females. They can ask a female to work for 11-12 hours if any time they want. The most worst thing they will fire you anytime if they don't need you even without giving you a proper explanation. In this organization one person is important if you will make that person happy then only you can survive otherwise that will play a game with you and fire you,Worst experience!!!!!
