Pros
One positive aspect was my colleagues—I enjoyed working with them and appreciated the teamwork. However, the overall workplace culture made it difficult for me to feel supported.
Cons
In my experience, the company has a high turnover rate, with many new employees staying for less than six months. Workplace policies are very strict, and at times, their enforcement felt excessive. When I raised concerns about certain policies, I encountered challenges in addressing them, which made the work environment difficult. Despite this, I always performed well in my role, and my work quality was never an issue.
