      Pros

      I love working at VFC. I have a great boss that supports and listens to me. I have a good work life balance, and I’ve always felt like my opinions are heard and valued. In the short time I’ve been here, I’ve already been able to grow.

      Since the company is growing, there is a lack of structure in some departments.

      Not a single pro to list

      Cons

      Management is terrible, lies, and forgets to do their tasks. Then they ask you for the status of that tasks. They promise raises but don't follow through. Management lacks clear communication and transparency. Unaware how it has occurred, but management is dependent on subordinates for knowledge of how to complete tasks.
