Pros

- Limited but company is growing, slowly. - Nice office space.

Cons

- They value "transparency" as a means to "challenge/support" one another is just an excuse to provide "feedback" in a unprofessional and aggressive manner. It's a one way street too. It's not about being thick skinned unfortunately as most of the reviews suggest. - Toxic work environment & very high turnover rate. Unable to unlock maximum performance from employees because of it. - Company benefits is non-existent. - No signs to support employee's learning and development unless you're in front office. - Loads of people vape in the office?! Good luck if you're asthmatic.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience has been challenging and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. While this does not reflect the experience of many of our employees, we value your perspective and are open to discussing how we can improve. We understand that a direct feedback culture may not resonate with everyone. Many of our team members find it beneficial for growth, but we recognise that it can be challenging. We strive to maintain a respectful and constructive approach to feedback and are always working to improve how this is delivered. Regarding the 360-degree feedback program, we want to highlight that we already have this system in place, along with regular employee surveys to give everyone the opportunity to provide honest feedback. In terms of employee development, we are committed to providing opportunities for everyone, not just those in front office. We are actively working on expanding these at the moment. We appreciate you bringing your concerns about vaping in the office to our attention. We will look into this immediately. We’re always open to further dialogue, and if you’d like to discuss your experience in more detail, we would welcome the opportunity to better understand your concerns. Thank you again for your feedback.

One of the worst companies out there - Must Avoid!!!

Pros

This is an honest review, and unfortunately I can’t find a single positive aspect to highlight. This is, without question, one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with—avoid it at all costs. Even giving it one star feels overly generous; I would give it a negative rating if that were possible. The number of red flags is overwhelming.

Cons

The company has an extremely high turnover rate—most employees seem to stay no longer than six months. People either leave on their own (wise choice) or are quickly let go by the CEO. It seems if you are not liked by the seniors here they will just get rid of you. If you’re seeking stability, this is not the place for you! There are no meaningful corporate benefits, and nothing that genuinely encourages employees to stay. The office itself is small and old. Compensation is very low, and the company operates with a noticeably stingy approach. Long hours are the norm. Overtime is expected, and leaving on time is often viewed negatively, resulting in a poor work–life balance. There is a significant lack of structure and procedures, which contributes to an environment that feels disorganised. The systems & tech in place are old, outdated and prehistoric. There were also a lot of false promises given by senior management which were not upheld. This created a sense of mistrust and frustration. There is a major lack of structure and established procedures, which makes the workplace feel chaotic and disorganised. The systems and technology are old, outdated, and in desperate need of modernisation. There is no career progression here. Overall, the workplace culture felt unhealthy and unproductive during mine and many other employees time there. (past & present). This company is also extremely unprofessional. Senior management will swear in emails to employees and 3rd parties and are just generally very rude. I would not even recommend this company to my worst enemy. Its that bad. Must AVOID at all costs!!!! The majority of good reviews here do not seem to be accurate, and most likely told from higher ups to give it 5 stars to cover up for how bad it is.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with the company felt this way. We take feedback like this seriously and it’s important for us to understand when someone’s experience hasn’t been positive. As a growing business, we recognise that our environment can be demanding at times and that processes and systems have not always been perfect. Over the past few years we’ve made significant investments in improving our infrastructure, technology, and internal processes as the company has scaled. Feedback from our team has played an important role in shaping those improvements and continues to do so as we evolve. That said, our experience as an organisation differs from the picture described here. Many members of the team have built long tenures with the company, with an average length of service of over three years, and a number of employees have progressed into more senior roles during their time here. We operate a meritocratic, high-performance culture where contribution is recognised and rewarded, supported by equity participation and a generous profit-share scheme. In the past year alone, approximately £1 million of company profits were shared with employees, reflecting the collective success of the business. We also regularly gather employee feedback to improve how we operate and have seen strong engagement and retention as the team and business have grown. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and wish you the very best in your next role.
