Pros

They understand work-life balance and are flexible with remote work. Many of their clients are well-known luxury companies, and they conduct business directly with them. They offer a lot of individual autonomy and freedom.

Cons

There is a high turnover rate among management, and guidelines regarding business objectives change frequently. They have their own project management tool called Shiva, which allows for detailed management of project effort.

Pros

- Able to work independently if PM allows (all depends on the PM) - There are good and motivated PMs to lead

Cons

- No longer hybrid mode - Bonus reviewed without employee (can be a random amount but capped) - Not many employee benefits (basic GP) - Employees are not appreciated even when they bring in value - Management leads the business as a whole

People are respectful and kind. I appreciate the events. Good atmosphere, Dynamic and flexible work environment with various opportunities to learn. Managers are respectful, flexible and committed to my development.

Cons

As consultant cannot choose the client project but management always open to discussion
