Pros

Some colleague are good and easy going

Cons

The salary does not match the workload at all. Management sets completely unrealistic targets that nobody can realistically meet. Even OT claims are inconsistent and unfair. HR is absolutely useless — instead of helping employees, they just stand by and watch everything happen. I worked in the MFG department, and honestly, they do not treat employees like normal human beings. One person is expected to carry the workload of eight people. If you fail, you get scolded. If you do well, they still find ways to criticize and pick faults over every tiny detail. There are multiple managers and one “big boss” above them who barely understands anything going on operationally. Whenever something goes wrong, they immediately blame the ground staff instead of solving the actual issue. Employees are constantly threatened with things like poor PMD reviews or losing OT pay if targets are not met. The senior management culture is toxic. The big boss only seems interested in talking nicely to female employees, while treating male employees like enemies. Male staff constantly get shouted at and humiliated for no reason. Employees are not treated with basic respect here. You would have to be out of your mind to join this company. They promised an “average 2 months bonus,” but what employees actually receive is nowhere close to what was advertised. If leaving earlier did not cost money, many people would already be gone. If you value your mental health and your life, seriously think twice before joining this company. The issue is not Singapore — the problem is the management itself. The entire leadership structure is a complete mess.

Pros

some colleagues are friendly and easy going

Cons

1. 1 ppl do 3ppl job, then management always ask ppl to OT like OT can extend a day to 72hours 2. Management only knows how to pressure internal staff and rarely addresses problems caused by other departments. 3. No proper training is provided. Employees are expected to figure everything out themselves from day one. 4. The company promotes diversity in hiring, yet meetings are still heavily conducted in Mandarin as if everyone is expected to understand it.

Pros

No pros, bad culture and scaring environment. Not transparent culture, only blame others when issue happened, even it is not your fault

Cons

Bullying culture, blame culture, management is not responsible, don’t have any guide and source. You are on your own, if they don’t like you, take the blame for others. Scaring, many employees left with unsatisfied salary and workload
