      You don't have to be the best to work at VSee, you just got to be likeable

      Cons

      Management is full of empty promises, pay and raise is often deferred due to financial woes, lack of proper product engineering and planning, buggy and dated product. Roles are filled by somewhat nice but unqualified and incompetent staff who don't need a job or have nowhere else to go.

      Permanently remote position. Kind colleagues.

      Cons

      CEO has no idea how to run a company. You are berated and verbally abused in front of your colleagues consistently for insignificant things. There is no room to be human here. He does not care about his employees, you are your sales numbers to him. Heavily micromanages. Cut off mid sentence and told to stop talking. Rules are constantly changing. Under appreciated. Underpaid. Overworked.

      Holidays, Insurance, Culture within sales team is good.

      Cons

      CEO is too micromanaging, Sales SOP is not great. Pricing of products is not standardized. Commission for sales is terrible.
