      Flat and dynamic trading structure, nimble and sometimes aggressive

      Cons

      Below market pay, almost no bonus, no management structure- different senior managers can jump in and give conflicting instructions, discourage collaboration among traders/offices

      Alot to learn, colleagues are very willing to teach. Have close bond with colleagues. Able to plan own work and meet deadline given, have fulfillment. Good worklife balance. Super good for startup at work

      Cons

      Less recognition for work done. Less benefits. Work nature is hard, and many planning dont goes smoothly.
