Pros
Company Culture is very high. It's a small company so it's easy to get to know everyone. Good perks, such as breakfast Fridays, annual company parties, free lunch on your birthday and work anniversary
Cons
Uncomfortable desks and chairs - but somewhat remedied with standing desks. Little to no room for promotions, though salary increases aren't uncommon
