I joined the company in sales department but moved on after giving my valuable years and commitment to company. Few cons i noticed are
1- Lack of Vision & Strategy
2- Far from reality
3- No Value of performers, genuine and handworkers
4- No Increments and Variables
5- CSO has ruined the future of company. No one in sales department is motivated and seeing long term future in the company
6- They are not bothered about your career progression. One idea they will have in minde and put everyone to implement that idea without validation. No care whether a person who shaped up his profile to be where he is today will be interested to work or motivated or not, they just put a condition take it or leave it.
7- There is no process or interest to improve in process.
8- Nothing to sell. All just hype.
9- Favoritism at peak
10-Blame others culture has taken place instead of looking at issues in CXO leadership. They are there to take credit and pass on blames to others.
