Business outlook
Pros
Relaxed working environment with a good level of autonomy. Management very fair and pleasant, don't batter you with useless figures like some. Good technical support. Overall a great place to work, good support and staff are very pleasant.
Cons
Lack of workflow so no opportunity to earn bonus and also they made me redundant so wasn't too pleased about that.
