Pros
Great atmosphere, great people, lots of team cohesion. Management is somewhat open. Company buys lunch on Fridays. Flexible hours and has a family feel.
Cons
Low salaries for the area and field of work, limited benefits, family feel can sometimes be distracting. Coffee isn't that great and use of free software often hinders productivity. Advancement process is opaque and arbitrary.
