Schedule was set, hour lunch, no overtime, conveniently located, free van rentals, small company
Cons
No breaks. They literally took them away and hid behind "Utah law doesn't say we have to give them to you." Toxic workplace created by micro management and bullying. This was improving when I left, but the majority of my time there I felt like nothing I did was right or good enough. No Benefits. They encourage you to buy healthcare on the open marketplace, and have an ICHRA reimbursement, but it is not affordable at all. No opportunities for overtime. Working interview, they need you to come work half a day for them to decide whether they will hire you. Constant turnover. You'll do a lot of skilled labor for unskilled laborer wages.
