A very toxic HR employee more committed to drama than solutions has left, but not before negatively impacting operations. Unfortunately, an employee equally as useless is still there in talent. VantAI experiences turnover as business needs change and they discard employees, sometimes after requiring large amounts of work. I particularly didn't support their predatory hiring practices which drag candidates along an arduous hiring process that never had a real chance at an offer, but are expected to create a thorough presentation and go through a Q/A on video, which they keep on file forever. There are a lot of egos to put up with and unreasonable work requests which leave the operations, science, and product team feeling drained, yet trapped for fear of retaliation about reporting unfair work practices. No idea if it's worth the trouble
