With the exception of a few,most of the employees are great hard working people. Decent salaries and insurance.
Cons
One of the worst environments I have ever worked in. Always constant drama, and back stabbing from the few usual suspects...Horrible management at this company. The management can be rude, offensive, unprofessional, disrespectful, and very condescending. Most of the management lack people, and positive communication skills to motivate. Some go out of their way to talk down to employees and let them know when they have done something wrong, but never encourage, or speak positive when things are done well....Very cliquish environment were negative opinions are created and formed against people. Sorry to say this, but subtle racism definitely exist within the environment...It was not very hard to tell what was going on. The company sets most new employees up for failure by not training them adequately to do their jobs.... You’re pretty much on your own when it comes to learning, and knowing your job. If you're not part of a clique with management, or the so called right people, you will most likely not get the adequate training you need, or advance within the company, no matter how hard you work. Until the culture and attitudes change, I would strongly suggest to anyone not to work for the company.
