      Pros

      Supportive management and healthy work culture. Opportunities to learn and grow in multiple HR functions. Good exposure to talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR operations. Employees are cooperative and team collaboration is strong. Transparent communication and approachable leadership.

      Working from home and decent pay

      Cons

      There is little to no job security, with all of the executive and management team showing very little to no professionalism. Many people have been getting laid off out of nowhere. You will not get proper training or a positive work environment. It is very evident they do not care about you. Also I am pretty sure a lot of the positive reviews on here are from the management team.
