      Pros

      Easy communication and merit rewarding. Management team has a very close relationship with all staff. Performance reviews are done yearly and every 6 months for younger staff.

      Cons

      Little organisational availability in regard to new trends such as Project Management tools for big schemes. Too small to compete with big multinational companies
