No pros/benefit if you work Client side..Worst Company ... Most of the good reviews you find there, are made by company persons itself. Don't believe on Offer Letter what so they gave you on written, terms may change even on appointment letter.

Cons

1- Worst HR management,Once you leave company, they will never pick yours phone calls/ no response for any of your mail, you have to suffer too much for your own relieving documents. 2- After paying initial 1-2 months salary on time , they alternatively holds your salary & blames client for same. 3- If you got your final settlement amount even after 60 days , you are world luckiest person...you can confirm with anyone, who has left working on Client side.

There is no pros with this company.

Cons

Always feel like slaves. They want their employees to do a month work within a week and if that is not done they called you on weekends and make you sit in the office overnight. Family and work life balance is totally imbalance, they think their employees doesn't have family. Team lead doesn't have any professionalism, they don't know how to speak with their juniors. No functional knowledge of the project, they give you an HTML page and wants to do development on that page without knowing the requirements, there documentation at all to start a development. Beware about fake reviews which is uploaded by the HR person.

Okay company to work for 1 year. People who never work MULTINATIONAL WORK environment possibly liked it.

Cons

1) No Growth. 2) No clear understanding about the process, Everyone pick up a bag and start working like zombies. 3) No one try anything new as company in 2023 but working environment is of 1990. 4) A LALA company kind of approach Ex Two people sitting on top from ages all below people will come and go in a year.
