      Pros

      none.. As far in my case i haven't seen any Pros with this company .. wasted my time & money

      Cons

      Few of the management doesn't know how to deal or talk to employee . they talk very rude if you talk straight to straight they will threaten that they will revoke your H1 they boast of direct clients / vendors tie-up but in fact they have NO direct Clients . they will make you to alter/hype your resume for every opportunity they act as fourth or fifth layered employer ( No direct client / Vendor)

      Pros

      *No one gives a damm what you do in project *They can write whatever you want in their offer letter but will implement only what they want *Will pay on time if they get money on time. *will threaten to revoke h1b if you start asking more.

      Cons

      It is a typical desi body shop with worst marketing and crappy people. No projects, no direct client, wait time to get project is almost infinite and based on luck. I heard few of them had to wait for 7-8 months and then to join another body shop. My friend who stayed in their guest house (2 room rented apartment) told me that it is full of "bedbugs" and the garage had rats and old stuff by previous inmates.
