Management is the problem. The company is owned and run by individuals with no real leadership ability or understanding of how a professional organization should function.
There is zero structure, strategy, or clarity. Every day is reactive. Priorities shift constantly based on panic, not planning.
Workload is excessive by design. They believe overloading you proves you’re productive. Burnout is treated as laziness.
Feedback is non-existent. You’re required to submit monthly reports and get graded, but one-on-one meetings never happen.
Bullying is normalized. Many employees quit simply to escape the toxic pressure and constant mistreatment from the owners.
Promotions and raises are political. Advancement and salary increases have nothing to do with performance, they’re entirely based on your personal relationship with the owners. If you ask for a raise, you’ll be met with vague promises, unattainable goals, and delays. They will go out of their way to make sure you get the least amount possible, if anything at all.
• There is no HR accountability. The owners answer to no one, and it shows in how they treat their staff.
Fake reviews are everywhere. Be extremely skeptical of any positive reviews you see here or elsewhere. The company has a history of posting fake positive reviews, on their products, on employer platforms, and wherever image control is needed. They’re experts at it.
