Unrealistic expectations are set when ownership, estimating and senior management fail to position projects for success, then look for a scapegoat when things go wrong. They demand accountability from everyone else but refuse to hold themselves to the same standard. They can’t retain anyone on staff for more than a year. They fire first and ask questions later, and they consistently let their employees down(CONSTANT broken promises). Advice for future employees: RUN. This is a deeply toxic company to work for.
