      WFH flexibility (Mon and Fri WFH, office meet up on Wed to Thurs)

      Cons

      - Poor leadership - Organization is very messy, many reorganization - Top down way of working, no room to negotiate - Will put you on PIP if you deemed as non-performing to get you out of the company - Clawback sales commission - Zero empathy from the upper management. Their way or the high way - Talks down to you - Many colleagues who are political - No focus on R&D. - No investment in marketing and advertising - Led by FMCG leaders who thinks they know everything about consumer electronics
