Pros

No Pros at all. I joined this company for my growth but it left me no where.

Cons

They have very bad management. They give no leaves. They don't give salary on time. They will make your life hell once they get to know about your resignation.

Pros

I have no word to say good for this company. Many many problems are there.

Cons

1. In management, They are not good persons. Everybody is cheater. 2. For a developer, there is no proper space for sitting (Means Where 3 person can sit properly, on that place 6 person sit)(In Gujarati, Gheta-Bakra ni jem rakhe chhe.) 3. There is a lot of rules and regulation, once you signed a bound then they will keep filling like you are Slave(Gulam). Obey them every rules otherwise the will fire any time and they will not pay anything to you. 4. They always try to deduct your salary. (Verve systems management always find a way how to deduct employee salary.) 5. Main issue and Important thing is salary, Salary never come on your hand 10th date of month.(It's come generally 13 or 14 date of month.) 6. For a lot of rules, You never set your mind in work. 7. There management always speak wrong like we are doing this.. we are doing that.. but nothing happen.. most of employee is frustrated, they are waiting to completion of them bond period and some of them pay bond amount ... leave company as much as early. 8. In this company, 3 or 4 people are stable who have verve experience 4 year, most of employee is fresher or 1-2 year experience of total strength. 9. Vervy arrange many events for advertisement where employee have participate, here employee have to spent his personal hours not company work hours( company forcefully use employee personal hours). Personal hours means after completion of your 8:30 work hours. 10. For girls: Girls have to also work late night by forcefully. 11. Mouse movement event: if your mouse is not move with in 3 minutes, System will deduct time from your break hours, then you have to take less break time. 12. Above you have seen a lot of photos, this all are events photos. You have to compulsory participate in and whatever time spent behind event preparation this all time you have to maintain with your personal hours, you never use working hours even if this is for company. (For example: your work time is total 8:30, now event preparation time 2 hours, so you have to stay in company total 10:30 hours) -> Equipment is not available for development, Example : 1. For mobile development, you have to use your own mobile for testing your development.. company is not provide Equipment. 2. For other development like .net, java, php language: You have no good mouse, CPU configuration etc.. On client presser for work completion, but you can't give work due to bad Equipment. Shortly : If you want to became a slave, you can go there.

Pros

Their is no reason to work with this type of company, its better being unemployed.

Cons

There is a huge security amount (Rs.) and 2 year bond to join company and over that a probation of a year allowing you to take no leaves. After extending your training period to some undefined period, you get your joining letter. Then they will start searching for some foolish reasons to terminate you or force you to resign. In case you resign you will not get your money back or any certificate. They never think about the employees. Even if you get 1 sec late to the office it will be considered as a half day, means you have to work the whole day and you wont be paid for that in short, no worth for your work. They never provide salary on time. Even if tea is finished before the month end, employees need to wait for next month to get tea in the morning, now you can imagine the standard of company.
