WORK-LIFE BALANCE is very important (can come to work between 830-10am), can get leave from overtime, gives opportunities to grow like to be sent overseas for work and yearly training perk to whichever field you're interested in (Language, software, advanced learning classes, etc.), corporate social responsibility!, yearly out-of-country family outing, fun and approachable colleagues - people blend well despite having different religion, race or nationality. No or very minimal racism.

Great colleagues, nice bosses, happy workplace where everyone works hard as a team to meet customers needs and expectations. There are challenging moments but with good team work and good support and recognition from management - all is definitely worth it ! Management welcomes and listens to feedbacks from staff from the right channels. Good work environment and also positive culture from top down. As a fresh grad, I am truly grateful that Verztec gave me a chance to join them and to learn. My supervisor is also very patient and nice towards me. She praised me when I did well for one of the quizzes I had to do for my probation end and often lend a hand to me to help when I am in doubts. Good colleagues and definitely a lot of happy memorable moments. I have been learning a lot and look forward to new challenges - especially in helping customers solve more projects and to ultimately help win more customers.
