      Pros

      Growing fast paced company, good people within teams. Not going anywhere anytime soon.

      Cons

      No HR Department as such with poor communication from CEO, none actually. No structure or processes in place constantly fighting fires. no flexibility or perks. Very much in the mind set of one rule for one and something else for the other.

      Pros

      Great place to learn lots of different technologies. Everyone from all departments are very friendly and the atmosphere is generally really good.

      Cons

      Very backwards in how things are done with problems stemming from HR and a disconnection between sales, provisioning (an amazing sales team but completely understaffed provisioning team). Very low pay compared to industry averages and no attempt at trying to keep people. Not many people plan to stay for long and morale can be fairly low when discussing the company in general.

      Pros

      The management team is focused on ensuring staff succeed and feel an integral part of the success of the Viatel group Management are very trusting of staff and empower them to work remotely offering great flexibility. The flat organisation structure make sit very easy to engage with management There is a great team ethos within the corporate sales team and indeed throughout the wider organisation, as all departments work closely together for the benefit of customers

      Cons

      There are no downside to working with Viatel during the 9 months I have been working with the company
