      No growth. They don’t care what offer letter you received. Even the commitments written in the offer letter are not honored. There is no proper management when it comes to salary or increments. No one values your work when you ask for a salary hike. They make fake promises during the interview, such as assuring a salary increment after a specific period, but they never follow through on those commitments.
