      - Great mentorship - Great hardware for research purposes (arguably, the company has the biggest and strongest workstation in SEA)

      Cons

      - Fixed salary for the residency program duration (no performance review, no inflation adjustment, etc.) - Bad resources management - Bad HR management from the back office - Does not encourage employees' beneficial policies, such as flexible work from home
