      Can't even think of one.

      Cons

      Working with some of the industry's least talented yet egotistical creatives and suits is such a pain. High turnover unless u enjoy lame politics among the jealous and scheming types who cant find a real MNC job and have to rot in a SME. lol.

      Poor Leadership, Prison-like office environment

      Easy to get title-based only promotions

      Cons

      The office space has no windows which makes working there feel more like a prison/factory than a digital agency. Lack of sunshine, greenery or even nice decor has a depressing effect on overall mood. Company retains under-performing employees, while completely misses out in retaining / investing in talented ones; salary increments which are not competitive with industry and the lack of employee benefits. Management is calculative and severely lacks in soft skills to manage employees, as well as clients.
