Lack of USA market knowledge and not willing to spend or hire to build out the market Disjointed internal processes, tedious time-consuming steps to move forward in developing market growth Out of touch with market pay scale (too low) and role expectations don't match to pay. IC role is expected to play the role of VP of Sales, GTM lead, Marketing Director, Process development, etc. No clear path and lack support to build out the USA market. A team of 2 to support the USA. Flagship product is Remote which is an assisted reality application that has fierce competition. The product is average in the space. Digital Twin product is good, but not much of a player and needs further development. Make (no-code XR content creation application) is limited and has a high learning curve XR adoption is fragemented, challenges with HW in space, business ROI is niche at present Lot of developers, slow at development, development costs are too $$$$ Majority of company doesn't speak English which creates barriers of collaboration.
