      I'd give this company a miss

      Pros

      If you are clever enough to fool the boss you are set other wise you are out the door

      Cons

      During the interview process and initiation you get a feel that this is a professional company and the HR and management do a good job is masking all the evil from your eyes. Once you join you just need to take 1 look into their CRM to see the number of idle profiles of employees who have left. Attrition is at a all time high and the line manager are awful. Focus and target provided by a certain dual sim individual is always changing and there is really no focused approach . I wish I had seen this before I joined .

What We are able to understand that you have served company into Customer Care department and you were unsatisfied on certain matters related to expectations or presentations. We believe that those challenges related to serve better to customer would have been discussed on our weekly introspection calls with Sales Leaders; We could have done justice to your time with us. We have taken your feedback positively and will work to improve our efficiency level to next desired level to serve our customer better.

      Unfortunately None... I wish I could write something positive about the company...

      Cons

      Salary issues every month. If you are a Contractor, DO NOT fall into this TRAP. Highly unprofessional, selfish and inhuman management. Not financially sustainable model of the company. Only CEO is a management. They do not have any other senior employee who is part of management. Company is not able to retain employees for long. Most of the employees leave the company within first 6 months. Globally they hardly have 10 employees as per my knowledge.

      Good career move

      Pros

      The management and the entire team have been nothing but warm and helpful during my first few weeks with the company. It is very exciting to work with people who are highly knowledgeable with the technical stuff - I really love how I am learning a lot! I also admire how the streamlined process of the organization.

      Cons

      It is a start-up company. Some humps on the road but impressive how quickly it is being addressed and resolved.
