      - Gives you a good overview of SLA’s - A good understanding on how help-desks operate

      Cons

      - HR actively avoid mental health concerns brought up to them - HR mislead employees around gov.uk standards - When HR are approached for any assistance with personal life, they offer no assistance with a ‘not our problem’ attitude - Pay is very low for this type of job

      Skill set expectations are for a lot higher paid role but hardly getting any training and if there is, it is very brief. Left on your own and when you need assistance the knowledge base isn't there.
