I worked at Volanno for 4 years between customer sites and the headquarter both have their advantages, but i prefer the headquarters. Very relaxed environments. You will always find a snack to eat and something to drink. Most importantly the weekly free massage and occasional happy hours. Their benefits package is amazing (no other company will give you great coverage and pay your deductibles). Without forgetting the $100 monthly health benefit where they will pay your gym membership and bike repair. Did i mention that they paid for my Metro and Parking :). If my situation changes i will go back there in a heartbeat.

Working at IT WORKS will put you eye-to-eye with some of the toughest technical, software, and project-management challenges around. Clients and leaders expect innovation with discipline, and the outcome is the origin of the firm's name "IT WORKS!" Work life balance is excellent, clients are awesome, pay/benefits are great and getting better. Administrative burden is minimal and review process is fair. If you are competent, skilled, and driven to solve problems, you may have a future at IT WORKS.
