Hunger for growth: I love it how everyone on the team is hungry for growth and very supportive. Pushed me to test my own limits and has made be better Transparency: Very transparent environment. When I joined the company, I felt I've been with Volopay right from the very beginning. Someone from sales can go read what's happening in product or customer success or even investor updates Ownership: Flexibility to take charge of something and own the show end to end Nice people: Everyone is very nice, I like coming to work & chatting with peers (be it about work or beyond) All in all, I really like the culture

Founders come for the interview too. Initially I found it a little weird as I have never known many founders doing so. BUT it makes me realise that at the end of the day it's a good practice. They're very approachable & connected all the time! Whenever in the future if I start my company, I would want to speak to everyone and personally invite just like founders here. So thanks for this lesson.
