HR and senior leadership appear disconnected from the realities on the ground and unaware of what’s actually happening within teams. WATG has been undergoing a period of transformation; however, many aspects—such as new career paths and title structures—remain unclear, leading to frustration and high turnover. Ultimately, it operates as a business driven by profit, which at times comes at the expense of employee well-being and satisfaction.
