Bullying and harassment from management and CEO nice to your face but not behind your back. Really racist

There is lots of opportunity to make a difference in patients lives through the GP Federation.
Cons
Staff are undermined. CEO leadership is poor and feels threatened by staff members beneath who have more expert knowledge. Nepotism of friends and family is rife. Stifling environment and staff are forced to be quiet about the obvious racism in this place. 12 BAME staff left in a year from the small fed team. They were hired to build then pushed out once used and replaced by someone in the White Woman CEO likeliness who wouldn’t have the experience or professionalism for the role. Turn over is high, policies and procedures not in place.
