Better be nice to long term employee and hiring manager if you want to last for over a week. Long working hours, no supervision, no training, overworked and underpaid.
Toxic and and unhealthy work environment.
Not recommend at all, unless is the only thing you have.
In my first 6 months at Wade Law Group they burnt through 6 family law attorneys. I made it a year before they used me to the point where I was an unhealthy shadow of my former self. Then they fired my former supervisor and an associate - both of whom I know had been working extremely hard, like me.
