      Pros

      I have had the opportunity to grow so much at Waggon, learning new facets of the industry. The team is great, and lots of new and fun tech tools being utilized.

      Cons

      Hard work is demanded, this team is tenacious, and we settle for nothing but the best work. Its not for everyone, but for those who are all in this is the place to be.

      Work remote is nice while it lasts

      Cons

      Have a backup plan, they will let you go without warning regardless of job performance, they don't have the funding to really be running a company, have hired and fired 5 different people while I worked there. Expect job to last about 3 months

      People are nice to your face

      Cons

      Management mysteriously fires people, admitting that the employee didn't do anything wrong and did a great job. They refuse to tell people why they're being let go without warning. People just vanish here and there for no reason. Pay is also trash.
