      only Pros -Salary on Time

      bad Politics ,Pathetic HR policy ,Employee quit this with-in 6 month,Legacy System,single handed company,no vision, no work life balance,no cab, very low salary and main point- Very very very Low increment(500 to 900 rupees yearly)

      Pros

      It is an Airport operations company & you get to see the beautiful Airport atmosphere and interact with beautiful people at airport. Your job is important & you feel you are very important for the company

      Cons

      There's is a lot of work and you have to work days and nights to be relevant to the company. They don't treat people with care people are cramped in close spaces despite COVID. Not much perks .HR doesn't have any policy for employees welfare.They don't have any fixed policy .Leaves can't be taken as they are sucking life out of you .
