Pros
Talented and extremely passionate employee's, fun atmosphere, quality of work is decent considering everything wrong with the company. If you're desperate to get your foot in the door of the games industry then you've come to the right place.
Cons
Incredibly low pay. Management/owners lie to staff and bad mouth staff that leave the company. Poor organisation and under-staffing issues lead to overtime being the norm. Management/owners take staff for granted and have no loyalty to them. An almost revolving door of employee's. Management/owners take advantage of graduates with false promises in order to get free work out of them. Basically everything wrong with the games industry rolled into one company.
