      Supportive colleagues, slightly-better-than average insurance

      Cons

      I was here for more than a year, and the experience with management is appalling. There is lack of strategy and direction for the growth of business. Managers lack empathy and structure, and there is zero SOP in place. NB team left to fight for their own opportunities and % of deals, and it's not an issue the management looks to resolve. If you're looking for 'survivor' series as a full time job, this is where you come to.

      - Progression might not be the fastest however you do learn a lot on the job and there are many opportunities available to help prepare you for your progression in your company.
