      Management is a mess

      Pros

      The people are a nice and hardworking bunch, learned a lot from them. The money isn't too bad. Work from home (this is also a con as some people have not been in the office for over a year)

      Cons

      Management is a mess, no transparency or direction. No proper performance or peer reviews and no feedback, everything is done behind closed doors. Office environment is very noisy. Company culture in the Pretoria office has been terrible for a while now and there is a massive disconnect between PTA and CPT

      Pros

      there are some really nice people and the work is challenging in a good way

      Cons

      there is ver little investment in the "people" aspect of the company. there are no 1 on 1s with managers which makes raising issues hard. Sometimes you hear managers shouting at their subordinates.
