      Stressful, Hostile Work Environment

      Pros

      -The team I worked with was amazing (with the exception of the CEO) -The job has some flexibility -Free drinks/snacks provided by the company

      Cons

      -The CEO is involved in everything and creates a negative, volatile environment -There is no appreciation or praise for going above and beyond -The CEO talks poorly about their customers and employees regularly -No real benefits (no 401k, etc)

      Somewhat flexible work schedule to accommodate school/life Kitchen in HQ with free snacks Free RFID tag at waves car wash for unlimited car washes

      Cons

      No actual training program for new hires No incentive for those seeking higher education or latest industry certs No phenomenal benefits other than standard dental, medical, and vision CEO is there everyday and fly's off the handle at the smallest things. CEO has no concept or interest in the tech support department affairs CIO doesn't want to train anyone on anything but gets upset when something is brought to his attention that only he knows. High turnover rate

      NONE, None, None and None Oh did I mention none

      Cons

      This is by far the worse company to work with and even the teams over there do not believe in the product/services they sell. The upper management team especially the CEO is gullible doesn't know how to run the company has occasional mood swings. I have seen some of the best people leave the company who genuinely used to bring value to the company Job insecurity, no place for growth and worse work-life balance A lot of things are in the grey area, you will never be happy working in this company If you get an offer from this company I would highly recommend to decline this offer and look for other opportunities
