      At the moment, I don't see any major drawbacks in this job. The working conditions are good, the tasks match my skills, and the environment is pleasant. Of course, every job has its challenges, but I see them as opportunities to learn and progress

      Pros

      Open communication: nearly communication is available in public Slack channels. Living the value: this is the first time in my career that I can see the majority of the employee living a company value. Intellectual challenge: everyone in the company is highly intelligent and qualified, which creates an environment where everyone constantly stimulates each other. Friendly environment: working at Wave feels like being at home with friendly, smiling colleagues who are always ready to help.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can be hard to know the right person to talk to when you're not familiar with the organization chart - given the size of the company.

Wave ensure to execute a strong working culture while breaking the traditional working environment boundaries. Joining is more like resetting your professional mindset on how things can be done.

      The change from the traditional working environment can be confusing at the beginning however can be adjusted with time
