1. Relatively reasonable working hours 2. You can meet some nice people giving good advice but most of them resigned by the end of 2024
Cons
1. Poor company culture - As many leaders are joining the firm from local Tech company such as Alibaba, it is hard to find typical international company culture here. 2. Limited career advancement choice: it is super hard to promote from L2 to L3. Overtime working is expected.
