      Pros

      Decent benefits. The platform is really well built and does cool things.

      Cons

      Upper management reshuffles twice a year so you never really know what direction you're supposed to be going. No real support for staff work/life.

      Good at letting developers get the full stack experience.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership. Forced in office during periods of covid and full time forced in office afterwards. Low salary for anyone who isn't a VP or director. They also randomly complete lay offs

      Political backstabbing, a leadership team that is never there, staff & leaders in "questionable" personal relationships, re-orgs 2-3 times a year... this place is a gong show.
