- Rude communication with employees, disrespect from Nik - The Founder doesn't have any previous working experience, he is literally a new grad trying to repeat the success of Turing without any understanding of how corporations operate - Zero responsibility - Zero strategic vision, constant change of goals and strategy - Working 80 hours a week including weekends - The Founder considers hustling as something positive, in his opinion an A player is someone who will work 20 hours a day not the one who works smart - No benefits like insurance or even a laptop - Extremely toxic Founder. He finds it normal to hack your email while you are sleeping to schedule a meeting on your behalf. - No work/life balance. Only work. You will be rejected as a candidate if you have a family or a hobby. Even if you live in Florida Nik will consider you a B player because A players should live in CA or NY according to his opinion.
